The European Commission (EC) has announced that it has imposed a preliminary antidumping (AD) duty on seamless steel pipe imports from China for six months.

In response, China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has urged the EU to adhere closely to the World Trade Organization (WTO) rules and avoid implementing unreasonable measures, while it expressed the hope that the two sides would strengthen dialogue and communication and resolve trade frictions.
