Esfahan Steel to produce 2.7 million mt long steel by end of Iranian year

Iranian steelmaker Esfahan Steel's new managing director Safarali Barati said that the company expects to produce 2.7 million mt of long products, mainly I-beam and rebar, by the end of the current Iranian year ending on 20 March. He also pointed out that Esfahan Steel will reach an annual capacity of 3.2 million mt per year next year when its coke plant currently under construction is put into operation.

Esfahan Steel has increased its capacity by implementation of recent development projects.
