EEC extends AD duties on certain steel pipe imports from Ukraine

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has announced that it has decided to extend the antidumping (AD) duties on imports of certain types of steel pipes from Ukraine. In particular, pumping-compression tubes, casing tubes, oil and gas tubes as well as hot deformed tubes for common usage up to 820 mm in diameter are specified in the list.
 
The decision dated October 6 includes, as previously announced, antidumping duty of 18.9 percent on casing tubes, 19.9 percent duty on pumping-compression tubes, while antidumping duty on oil and gas tubes as well as on hot deformed tubes for common usage up to 820 mm diameter is set in the range of 19.4 percent to 37.8 percent. The antidumping duty is valid until July 5, 2016.
 
The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) is the executive body of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) which includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
