DOC rescinds AD review on certain steel pipes imported from Thailand

The US Department of Commerce rescinds anti-dumping administrative review on certain welded carbon steel pipes and tubes imported from Thailand. The US Department of Commerce (DOC) on April 28, 2004 initiated administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on certain welded carbon steel pipes and tubes imported from Thailand, covering the period of March 1, 2003 through February 29, 2004 upon the request filed by Thai producer Saha Thai Steel Pipe Co and the two domestic producers Allied Tube & Conduit Corp and Wheatland Tube. As all the requests were withdrawn within 90 days after the administrative review was initiated, DOC rescinds the review with respect to imports from Thailand.
