DOC rescinds AD review on certain SS wire rod from Sweden

On October 22, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel wire rod imported from Swedish producer Fagersta Stainless AB (Fagersta) upon a request filed by US producer Carpenter Technology Corporation. The period of review was September 1, 2003, through August 31, 2004. As Carpenter Technology withdrew its request within 90 days after the initiation of the review, the DOC decided to rescind the review with respect to imports of subject merchandise from Sweden.
