China’s iron ore imports up 4.4 percent in July

In July this year, China’s imports of iron ore and iron ore concentrate amounted to 86.10 million mt, increasing by 4.4 percent year on year, as announced by the Chinese customs authorities.

In the January-July period this year, China’s imports of iron ore and iron ore concentrate
totaled 538.92 million mt, down 0.1 percent year on year.
