China’s coking coal imports up 17.1 percent in 2017

In December last year, China imported 6.12 million mt of coking coal, up 4.4 percent year on year, according to the monthly import and export data issued by the Chinese customs authorities. 

In 2017, China imported 69.35 million mt of coking coal, rising by 17.1 percent year on year.
