China’s coking coal imports decrease by 34.4 percent in January-May

In May this year, China imported 1.88 million mt of coking coal, down 68.0 percent year on year, according to monthly import and export data issued by the Chinese customs authorities.

In the first five months of the year, China imported 16.55 million mt of coking coal, decreasing by 34.4 percent year on year.
