China’s coal imports up 25.2 percent in 2016

In December last year, China’s coal imports amounted to 26.84 million mt, up 52.15 percent, year on year, as announced by the Chinese customs authorities.

For the whole of last year, China’s coal imports amounted to 255.51 million mt, up 25.2 percent year on year.
