China starts renovating 24,300 old urban neighborhoods in Jan-Sept 2025

In the January-September period this year, China started new construction works on renovating 24,300 old urban neighborhoods, as announced by China’s Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD).

The full target for 2025 is to start renovation of 25,000 old urban neighborhoods.
