China Railway Corp wins a tender for India’s rail project

Recently, the Third Railway Survey and Design Institute Group Corporation, a subsidiary of China Railway Corporation, has won a tender for India’s rail project, as announced by China Railway Corporation.

Accordingly, the rail project in question connect New Delhi and Bombay, with a total length of 1,200 kilometers, while the Third Railway Survey and Design Institute Group Corporation will cooperate with Indian local company, mainly being responsible for the feasible research work for the rail project.

Currently, the length of high-speed railway built in China totaled 17,000 kilometers, accounting for around 60 percent of the total high-speed railway length in the world.
