Borusan–Umran to supply 189 km pipeline
The Borusan Mannesmann-Umran Boru consortium will supply 50'000 tons of 914 mm diameter spiral pipes for the 189 km onshore section of Turkish gas and oil pipeline maker BOTAS' Turkey-Greece pipeline project. BOTAS will provide the necessary raw materials from Erdemir for the project, meaning that Borusan Mannesmann will not have any raw material expenditures.
