Baotou Steel issues lower flats prices for August

On July 20, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region-based Baotou Steel released August ex-factory prices for its flat products. The details are as follows:

The ex-factory price of HR decreased RMB 150/mt ($20/mt). After the adjustment, the new price of Q235 5.5 mm thick HRC is RMB 3,500/mt ($463/mt).

The ex-factory price of CR decreased RMB 150/mt ($20/mt). After the adjustment, the new price of SPCC 1.0 mm thick CRC is RMB 4,500/mt ($595/mt).

The above prices all include 17 percent VAT.
