On November 21, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region-based Baotou Steel issued its ex-factory prices for its flats products for the month of December. The details are as follows:
HR
The ex-factory price increased RMB 50/mt ($7/mt). As a result, the new price of 3.0 mm Q235 HRC is at RMB 4,420/mt ($596/mt), while that of 5.5 mm Q235 HRC is at RMB 4,250/mt ($574/mt).
CR
The ex-factory price has remained unchanged compared with November. Thus the new price of 1.0 mm SPCC CRC is at RMB 5,000/mt ($675/mt).
Full Hard and HDG
The ex-factory prices have remained unchanged. As a result, the new price of 1.0 mm SPCC Hull Hard is at RMB 4,450/mt ($601/mt), while that of 1.0 mm SGCC HDG is at RMB 5,100/mt ($688/mt).
The above prices include 17 percent VAT and are effective as of November 21, 2007.
