Baotou Steel ups prices for March by RMB 200/mt

SteelOrbis Shanghai On March 1, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region-based Baotou Steel released ex-factory prices for some of its flat products for March 2007. The prices increased by RMB 200/mt for HR, CR, full hard, and HDG products. After the adjustment; The new price of 5.5 mm thick Q235 HRC is RMB 4,050/mt ($523/mt). That of 1.0 mm thick SPCC CRC is RMB 5,100/mt ($659/mt). 1.0 mm thick SPCC Full Hard is RMB 4,600/mt ($594/mt). 1.0 mm thick SGCC HDG is RMB 5,500/mt ($711/mt). All above prices include 17 percent VAT and are effective as of March 1, 2007.
