Baotou Steel announces November prices for flats

On October 22, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region-based Baotou Steel issued its November ex-factory prices for flats. The details are as follows:

HR
The ex-factory price has remained unchanged compared with October. As a result, the new price of 5.75 mm Q235 HRC is at RMB 4,200/mt ($560/mt).

CR
The ex-factory price has increased RMB 50/mt ($7/mt). Thus the new price of 1.0 mm SPCC CRC is at RMB 5,000/mt ($667/mt).

Full Hard and HDG
The ex-factory prices have remained unchanged compared with October. As a result, the new price of 1.0 mm SPCC Full Hard is at RMB 4,450/mt ($593/mt), while that of 1.0 mm SGCC HDG is at RMB 5,100/mt ($680/mt).

The above prices include 17 percent VAT and are effective as of November 1, 2007.
