Baogang’s beam and rail plant sees output of 467,800 mt in Jan-May

Inner Mongolia-based Chinese steel producer Baotou Iron and Steel (Baogang Group) has announced that its rail and beam plant achieved a total output of 467,800 mt in the first five months of the current year, exceeding the production target of 375,000 mt for the period.
 
In addition, in January-May the output of 100 meter steel rails at the plant reached 94,600 mt, 55,100 mt higher than the output target.
