Arcelor sells Ugitech to Schmolz
Arcelor, the world's second largest steelmaker, announced today that it signed an agreement for the sale of its stainless long products subsidiary Ugitech S.A. to the Schmolz Bickenbach Group. The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the relevant competition authorities. Arcelor did not reveal the financial details of the transaction.
