Arcelor selling of six plants

The European steelmaker Arcelor, formed by merger of Aceralia of Spain, Usinor of France and Arbed of Luxembourg, currently has seven processing plants. The European Commission allowed the merger with the condition of the six of these plants to be divested. The aforesaid seven processing plants are;
ISP Arvedi - hot dipped galvanized
Galmed     - hot dipped galvanized 
Lusosider  - cold rolled, hot dipped galvanized, tinplate
Segal      - hot dipped galvanized
Beautor    - cold rolled and electro galvanized
Dudelange  - hot dipped galvanized
Strasbourg - hot dipped galvanized and organic coated
Among them, only Dudelange in Luxembourg will be kept and for the remaining six plants it is reported that Arcelor has found potential buyers for all of them. The Sales are expected to be finalised in Q4.
