Arcelor: Further production cut expected in 2003

According to information SteelOrbis obtained, Arcelor has announced further production cuts worth approximately 10% in 2003 which corresponds to approximately 4 million tons. Even though it is not clear whether it will just sell only one mill or two off or actually shut down some of the facilities.
