Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation announces regular quarterly dividend

Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation, a specialty steel manufacturer headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US, has announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share. The dividend will be paid on April 30, 2010 to shareholders of record on April 15, 2010.
 
The company is a leading producer of forged and cast rolling mill rolls for the worldwide steel and aluminum industries. It is also a producer of air and liquid processing equipment.
 
As SteelOrbis previously reported, Ampco's net profit increased 120 percent to $27.7 million in 2009, from $12.6 million in 2008. Net sales revenues in 2009 saw a decrease of 24 percent, dropping from $394.5 million in the previous year to $299.2 million.
