AK Steel finalizes sale of Douglas Dynamics

According to the statement released from AK Steel, the company has recently completed the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary Douglas Dynamics to DDL Acquisition Corporation for approximately $260 million. In September 2003, AK Steel revealed its intention of selling Douglas Dynamics and Greens Port Industrial Park. Now the company expects the sale of Greens Port Industrial Park to be completed in April.
