AD order on CTL plate imported from France revoked

On November 21, 2005, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) determined that revocation of the existing antidumping duty order on cut-to-length (CTL) carbon steel plate imported from France would not likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US market. In line with the ITC's decision, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) today published a notice in the Federal Register, indicating that it would revoke the existing the order on CTL plate imported from France. The effective date of revocation is February 10, 2005, the fifth anniversary of the date of publication in the Federal Register of the notice of the AD order.
