Turkey’s ship scrap prices generally remain stable

Since SteelOrbis’ previous report published on January 13, Turkey’s ship scrap market has generally remained stable in the range of $465-480/mt delivery to mill by truck. One producer in Turkey’s İzmir region adjusted its ship scrap procurement prices down by $3/mt, but this move had no effect on the general price range.
