SteelOrbis has been informed that short sea scrap offers to Turkey from Romania and Russia for A3 grade scrap are currently at $360-365/mt CFR and $365-370/mt CFR, respectively. While Turkish mills’ demand for import scrap is at low levels, it is believed that they will push for lower prices if they decide to conclude deals.
