Ex-Black Sea scrap bookings in Turkey

According to market sources, two Turkish steelmakers have concluded A3 grade scrap bookings from the Black Sea region, one from Romania at $308/mt CFR Nemrut, and the other from Russia at $308/mt CFR Marmara.
