Sharp increase in ex-US scrap price in Turkey

According to market sources, a Turkish steel producer has concluded an ex-US deal for 15,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap at $312.5/mt CFR, 18,000 mt of shredded scrap at $317.5/mt CFR and 7,000 mt of bonus grade scrap at $322.5/mt CFR.
