SteelOrbis has been informed that a Turkish mill has concluded a booking of an ex-US scrap cargo totaling 40,000 mt, consisting of HMS I/II 80:20 at $369/mt CFR, shredded scrap at $374/mt CFR and P&S at $379/mt CFR.
