CSC scrap tender
SteelOrbis has learned that Taiwanese steelmaker China Steel Corporation (CSC) held a bonus scrap tender on July 3, 2007. The tender was won by SSI at $387/mt CFR Kaohsiung. According to reports, bonus scrap supply is currently limited. As a result, this tender was concluded only for 10,000 mts for August shipment.
