Turkish mill Icdas revises its rebar prices again

Today, November 30, Turkish mill Icdas has increased its domestic rebar price by another TRY 40/mt in the afternoon to TRY 4,920/mt ($538/mt) ex-works, while its prices on US dollar basis has risen by $8/mt, following its price increases announced in the morning of the same day, amid currency fluctuations and stronger import scrap prices. Meanwhile, the steelmaker’s wire rod price price in dollars has also risen further in the afternoon, increasing by $5/mt to TRY 5,640/mt ($617/mt) ex-works, with its wire rod price on lira basis remaining stable.

Prices on Turkish lira basis include 18 percent VAT, while offers on US dollar basis do not.
