Today, September 14, Turkish mill Kardemir issued its merchant bar prices after a long break, against the backdrop of higher production costs. The list prices are shown below.
The producer has announced its merchant bar prices on US dollar basis, mainly increasing them by $15/mt depending on the product and size, compared to its previous price list on Tuesday, May 31. According to sources, the producer succeeded in selling around 45,000-50,000 mt of merchant bar, though the final tonnage has not been confirmed by the time of publication.
