Turkey’s Icdas increases its longs prices sharply

Today, October 13, Turkish mill Icdas has raised its official rebar price further by TRY 170/mt to TRY 7,630/mt ($715/mt) ex-works against the backdrop of currency fluctuations and higher scrap prices.

The supplier has also issued its official wire rod price at TRY 8,640mt ($810/mt) ex-works today, up by TRY 110/mt over the same period. The supplier has increased its rebar and wire rod prices on US dollar basis by $15/mt and $10/mt, respectively.

Prices on Turkish lira basis include 18 percent VAT, while offers on US dollar basis do not.
