The price level of imported rebar in the UAE market is at around AED 2,275-2,280/mt ($619-621/mt) delivered to site on a theoretical weight basis for 3- and 5-month deferred payment, excluding VAT.

The prices in the UAE domestic rebar market have remained unchanged this week, following the slight decrease which they registered last week. The UAE domestic rebar market is not considered to be doing well at the present time.

Due to the high raw material prices, the Turkish producers have been offering at the price level of $590/mt CFR and above, on a theoretical weight basis.
