Brazilian rebar export deals remain negotiated at $486/mt, FOB conditions, a Brazilian exporter told SteelOrbis.

He mentioned that the price, referring to the CA50 grade, 10mm thickness product, is stable since early May.

In June, for price deals probably closed in April, Gerdau exported 34,000 mt of rebar at $479/mt, while the Votorantim group exported 2,300 mt at $501/mt, both FOB conditions, having South American and Caribbean countries as main destinations.
