This week, three major US domestic beam producers announced increases on wide flange beams, standard beams, and structural products.
Nucor, Gerdau Long Steel North America, and Steel Dynamics have all increased published prices for wide flange beams by $1.50 cwt. ($30/nt or $33/mt), effective with all new orders.
H-piling beams for all three producers will increase by $2.25 cwt. ($45/nt or $50/mt), effective with all new orders.
Sheet piling products, meanwhile, will increase by $7.50 cwt. ($150/nt or $165/mt), effective with all new orders.
