Today, December 10, official wire rod prices in Turkey have mostly decreased by $5/mt week on week amid the ongoing currency fluctuations and relatively sluggish demand, only remaining unchanged in the Iskenderun region.
According to sources, workable wire rod prices in Turkey are standing at $570-590/mt ex-works, down by $5/mt on the lower end, for cash payment and for serious buyers only.
One Iskenderun-based mill has issued its official wire rod price at $585/mt ex-works today.
