Ex-China wire rod and billet deals in Turkey

According to market sources, traders have started to give wire rod and billet offers from China to Turkey over the past week. Ex-China drawing quality wire rod deals to Turkey for late June shipments have been concluded at $540/mt CFR, while deals for the same product for early July shipments have been closed at $555/mt CFR. Meanwhile, ex-China billet offers for Turkey are standing in the range of $515-520/mt CFR Turkey. Additionally, it is reported that one Chinese producer has concluded a deal for high carbon billet to Turkey at $515/mt CFR.
