Today, October 7, official wire rod prices in Turkey have increased by $5-10/mt week on week amid costlier import scrap.
According to sources, workable wire rod prices in Turkey are standing at around $550-560/mt ex-works, up by $5/mt over the same period, for cash payment and for serious buyers only.
One Iskenderun-based mill has issued its official wire rod price at $570/mt ex-works today, up $10/mt week on week.
