According to market sources, Spanish rebar offers to the export markets have decreased by €10/mt ($11/mt) over the past week to €360-365/mt ($403-409/mt) FOB, for October shipment. Market sources state that demand has remained weak over the same period, while market players have been forced to revise their prices downwards against the backdrop of the declines seen in import scrap prices and due to the weak demand.

Meanwhile, Italian rebar offers to the export markets have also decreased by €10/mt ($11/mt) in the same period to €360-365/mt ($403-409/mt) FOB, for October shipment.
