Semi-finished and finished steel prices in the CIS have decreased against the background of the declining trend of scrap prices. In addition, the decrease in ex-China offers, which have moved down by $20/mt since last week to $525/mt FOB, has also contributed to the softening of ex-CIS wire rod offers.
