According to market sources, a Chinese trader has made a price offer to a Turkish steel producer for 30,000 mt of 3SP/PS grade 150 mm x 150 mm billet at $264/mt CFR for January shipment to the ports of Iskenderun, Izmir and Aliaga.
Meanwhile, the same Chinese trader has also made an offer to another Turkish producer for 10,000 mt of billet with the same specifications at $266/mt CFR, also for January shipment to the ports of Iskenderun, Izmir and Aliaga.
