CIS billet export offers

CIS origin 3SP-5SP billets are currently offered for export at around $480/mt FOB Black Sea for September shipments.  

According to reports, there were offers up to $475/mt FOB level last week. However, this was the lowest offer. It has been learned that the decline in billet prices has stopped and it is not possible to find offers for prompt shipment from CIS producers. Ukrainian producers are giving offers for September shipment. In addition, offers for September shipment in Russia are expected to run out soon.
