US Steel announces $40/nt flat rolled price hike
SteelOrbis sources indicated that on Tuesday, US Steel began informing its customers of an immediate $2.00 cwt. ($44/mt or $40/nt) price increase on all open quotes and orders on flat rolled steel products. Published pricing extras will also be applied in full.
