Ukrainian flat steel offers to Bulgaria
SteelOrbis has been informed that offers given to Bulgaria by Ukrainian mill Zaporizhstal for its March production hot rolled coils (HRC) are currently standing at the price level of $745/mt CFR Rousse, while its March production cold rolled coil (CRC) offers for Bulgaria stand at $825/mt CFR.
