Demand in the export markets for Turkish flat steel has remained at low levels for the third consecutive week. Turkish flat steel export offers have failed to gain acceptance in the foreign markets, while transaction activity is very quiet. Turkish flat steel offers have trended sideways in the same period at $290-300/mt FOB for hot rolled coil (HRC) and at $390-400/mt FOB for cold rolled coil (CRC), for February production.
