October production HRC sales in Egypt’s export markets

Having filled its order books for September production HRC, Egyptian producer EZDK has started to offer October production HRC to the export markets. It is heard that EZDK has concluded deals to Saudi Arabia and Algeria at the base price range of $430-440/mt FOB for October production. 1.2 mm thick HRC in particular is common in the offers and deals to the countries in question. The main reason for this interest is that the Saudi Arabian producer SABIC cannot produce HRC thinner than 1.5 mm.
