Latest situation in Vietnamese HRC market

SteelOrbis has been informed that hot rolled coil (HRC) prices in the Vietnamese domestic market are at VND 7,400-7,500/kg ($331-336/mt) ex-warehouse, for October delivery.
 
On the other hand, Chinese HRC offers to Vietnam are at $270-275/mt CFR, while Chinese offers for rerolling quality HRC of 2 mm thickness to the same destination are at $270-275/mt CFR, both for November shipment.
