Market sources state that buyers prefer to postpone their HRC bookings due to the ongoing declines seen in global flat steel prices. Taiwanese, Chinese, Japanese and South Korean HRC offers to Saudi Arabia have decreased by $25/mt month on month to $300-315/mt CFR, for November shipment.
