According to market sources, demand for hot rolled coil (HRC) is still slack in Saudi Arabia due to the ongoing month of Ramadan. Meanwhile, Chinese and Japanese HRC offers to Saudi Arabia have decreased by $10/mt as compared to the previous month to $370-395/mt CFR, for September shipment.
