Indian traders are reportedly receiving HRC offers from South Korea at $585/mt CFR Mumbai for December shipment against bids of $565/mt CFR. The offers are $15/mt lower than a $600/mt CFR Mumbai deal reported in early October, and bids are $35/mt lower than the month-ago deal. Chinese offers are limited and considered too high at the moment.
